The principals and techniques you learn in this class will apply universally to all lighting situations and will help you whether you are using natural light, on camera flash or studio lights.

This is an exciting all day workshop for those who either want to begin learning, or brush up on the fundamentals of photography lighting with a concentration on studio portrait lighting.

Using a combination of theory and practical exercises, each student will bring their camera to the class, set up and meter lights, and take pictures of professional models. There will be a variety of lighting setups that students can later recreate from diagrams and pictures.
